BAKED SPAGHETTI 
12 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg

In large bowl, combine noodles with 2 cups spaghetti sauce. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, about 1/3 of Mozzarella and egg. Add cheese mixture to noodles. Mix until cheese is well blended with noodles. Spread into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch glass baking dish.

Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce over noodles. Top with remainder of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with tin foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Serves 4-6.
