CHEESECAKE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 oz.) graham cracker crust

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. well drained crushed pineapple

Beat cheese, blend in eggs and add condensed milk. Pour into crust. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the topping ingredients. Remove cheesecake from oven and very carefully spread on topping. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes. Cool, then chill for several hours.
