NO CRUST PECAN PIE | |
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Add: 1 c. sugar (gradually) 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Gradually fold in 1 cup graham crackers, crushed and 1 cup pecans. Pour in buttered pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
