BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cut in strips
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms sliced (optional) may use 1 c. of onion instead
1/2 c. water
1 can condensed mushroom soup
cooked noodles or rice (in accordance with box directions)

Brown the meat and onions, add bell peppers, celery and mushrooms. Add water and simmer for 1 hour. Season to taste.

Pour over rice or noodles.
