1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chocolate chunks (or semi-sweet chips)
1 c. walnut pieces

Cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat in eggs (no shells, Aryn!) Sift in flour, soda, salt, mixing well. (Sift over the bowl Lukey!) Stir in chocolate chunks and nuts. One beater for Aryn, one beater for Lukey! Yum! Scoop onto cookie sheets by big, rounded teaspoonfuls. Save some dough for the cookies! Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Serve warm and soft with a glass of cold milk. Makes not nearly enough! Keeps well, but won't last more than a couple of days!
