TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
4 c. chopped apples
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Drain pineapple and save juice. Soak apples in juice, as you are chopping apples. Mix all other ingredients together and then add drained apples. Make at least 2 hours before serving.
