16 oz. bottle of Pepsi
1 - 2 lb. chicken
1 c. catsup

Wash chicken pieces enough to fill electric skillet. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl mix Pepsi and catsup. Pour over chicken, set at 250 to 275 degrees for 1 hour.
