LENTIL BEAN SOUP 
4 oz. lentils, uncooked
4 c. water
1 stalk celery
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 tbsp. fresh onions, diced
2 tbsp. fresh green pepper, diced
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. each salt, pepper and oregano

Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer 40 minutes.
