ZUCCHINI-NUT MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients except zucchini and nuts; beat 30 seconds. Stir in zucchini and nuts by hand. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes. Makes 16 muffins.
