EASY CHEESY BURRITOS
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. pork and beans
2 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. wheat flour (optional)
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. oil

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook over medium heat until water evaporates, stirring often. Stir in beans. Set aside.

Combine flour (if omitting wheat flour, add 1/2 cup all-purpose), yeast, sugar, salt, hot water and oil. Mix well.

Roll out into 2 (10-inch each) round or rectangle pieces, on floured surface. Cut each into 4 pieces. Brush 2 tablespoons taco sauce on each piece, then 1/4 cup meat mixture in center and wrap dough around sealing the edges. Put on cookie sheet. Let rise 15 minutes.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Put cheese slice on each burrito and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer. Garnish with sour cream and olives, if desired.

Yields 8.

Substitute Taco Sauce:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce

Mix ingredients.
