SALAD WITH A "TWIST" 
2 oz. pretzels, crushed, but not fine
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. cream cheese
4 tsp. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. low calorie strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
4 c. frozen strawberries, without sugar, cut in half

Melt butter in 8x8 inch glass baking dish. Add pretzels. Mix well; lightly press on bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool.

In large bowl, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add Cool Whip. Beat until blended. Being careful, spread over the pretzels. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries. Pour over cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set. 8 servings.
