ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk, divided
2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
24 lg. marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 stick butter, softened
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. almonds, chopped

Bake cake in 9"x13" pan, according to directions on box. Let cake cool. Combine 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar in saucepan. Add marshmallows and let them melt. Remove from heat. Add coconut. Pour warm over cool cake. Bring to boil butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and chocolate chips. Cook until chips melt. May need to cook a little longer so icing isn't too thin. Pour over cake. Place almonds on top of icing.
