AUNT BARBARA'S ZITI AND VEAL
WINE SAUCE
 
1 beef cube
1 stick butter
1 onion
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 lb. veal
6 oz. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can crushed tomatoes

Melt butter; chop onion and saute until golden brown. Add veal and tomatoes. Crush beef cube and sprinkle in; add salt and pepper to taste. Then take the flour and wine and mix together. Add it to the veal mixture; simmer. Boil ziti; pour sauce over cooked ziti.
