KENTUCKY ROUND STEAK 
1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. oiltbsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 med. green pepper, seeded & thinly sliced
4 (1/4") thick slices lemon
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup

Trim excess fat from steak, cut into 6 serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper; dredge steak. Heat oil in large skillet, brown steak. Place 1/2 of browned steak in bottom of lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Drizzle top of steak with 1/2 of lemon juice; top with 1/2 of the onion and pepper slices. Repeat layers, top with lemon slices.

Combine water and catsup; stir well. Pour over lemon slices. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender. Discard lemon slices before serving. Serves 6.
