2 c. hot cooked sliced carrots
1/3 c. light cream
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Add cream and butter to hot cooked drained carrots. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat until butter melts and cream steams. Do not let cream boil. Remove from heat. Cover saucepan until ready to serve.
