EGGNOG WITH ALCOHOL 
18 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 qt. milk
3 qt. heavy cream
2 qt. bourbon
1 fifth rum
1 fifth brandy
Grated nutmeg

Separate eggs. Beat yolks until light. Beat in sugar gradually. Add 1 quart milk, stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into punch bowl. Stir in cream, remaining milk, and alcohol. Let stand 1 hour. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Garnish with nutmeg. 36 drinks.
