8 eggs
1 c. milk
4 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix together. Spray pan or muffin tins with Pam. Bake 30 to 45 minutes in pan. Bake 20 minutes in muffin tins at 350 degrees. They can be frozen after they are baked. To serve, heat in microwave. Makes 1 (13 x 9 inch) pan or 18 to 24 muffins.
