BEST - EVER MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. salad oil or melted shortening
1/2 c. blueberries

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Put aside. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Combine liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir quickly just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add blueberries and gently stir once. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes.
