MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
3 eggs (yolks only)
1 tbsp. butter

Place in large microwave-safe bowl. Cook ingredients at 3 minute intervals until thick. It will take around 9 or 10 minutes. Whip batter in between each interval. When batter is ready, put into a baked pie shell.

Meringue:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Meringue: Use the 3 egg whites, baking powder and sugar a little at a time to mixer until stiff. Add vanilla last. FAST AND EASY PIE. ENJOY.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
