PARTY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese or Velveeta
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 c. corn flake crumbs

Put partly thawed potatoes in baking dish. Mix other ingredients, except butter, and grate a little onion in this mixture. Pour over potatoes. Melt the butter and mix with 2 cups corn flake crumbs or cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake in 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes or until nice and bubbly and brown.
