BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 egg, slightly beaten or equivalent egg substitute
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Blend oil and sugar. Stir in egg. Combine flour and baking powder with egg mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased (or spray with Pam) 8"x8" pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 16 squares, 130 calories per serving.
