PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
2 qt. dish (no lid), Pam or grease it 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. melted butter 4 c. bread in cubes Mix eggs, sugar, milk, and crushed pineapple together with melted butter. Stir in bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8. Great with ham!! |
