BEEF SOUP 
Cubed lean beef
2 pkgs. beefy onion soup mix (Liptons)
1 lg. can tomato paste
1 box frozen corn
1 box frozen peas
1 box frozen carrots
Tiny shell macaroni

Put beef in large soup pan and add water to 2/3 full. Add soup mix and tomato paste. Bring to boil and simmer about 3 hours. Add frozen veggies and continue to simmer. Just before serving cook macaroni and add to soup. Freezes well and reheat in microwave at 1/2 power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
