3 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. beer

Mix above ingredients and roll out as you would for regular biscuits. Also, bake in same manner. The yeast in the beer gives the biscuits the flavor of rolls. Great! Makes about 2 dozen.
