APPLE AND RAISIN BREAD PUDDING 
4 apples, peeled & cubed
8 to 10 end crusts of bread
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUMB TOPPING: (Rub into crumbs)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
