4 LAYER DELIGHT CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix like a pie crust. press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Whip all of these together until soft peaks form. Set aside.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) pudding, instant, any flavor

Mix as directed. Set aside.

2 c. remaining Cool Whip

Pour cream cheese mix on crust. Add pudding mix on next, then add Cool Whip as last layer. Sprinkle with a few nuts to garnish. Chill.
