CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 env. dry onion soup mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2-3 lb. chicken, cut up 2 1/2 cans water Grease 9 x 12 inch pan with butter. Spread rice in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Place chicken on top of rice and soup without overlapping the chicken. Mix soup with the water and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Can be uncovered for last 15 minutes if desired. |
