GOOEY BUTTER CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs

Mix and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.:

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix and put on top of first layer. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
