1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. melted butter
Chopped onions

Mix all together and roll chicken pieces in mixture to cover. Bake uncovered on cookie sheet until done, 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
