1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine all ingredients - except oil. Slowly add oil, beating constantly until thickened. Cover and chill. If dressing separates, stir before serving over fruit salads. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
