LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1 pt. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese

Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water. Cook sausage, onion, and garlic, drain grease. Add spices, tomato paste and water, simmer 10 minutes. Blend eggs and ricotta cheese. Arrange in layers in 9"x13" pan.

all the ricotta cheese
1/2 Mozzarella
1/3 meat sauce
1/2 noodles
1/3 sauce
1/2 Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
