CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 med. head cauliflower
2 sm. heads broccoli
1 med. red onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. cashews
1 lb. chopped, cooked bacon

Break cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets, chop red onion. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over vegetables. Add cashews and bacon just before serving. Even with the cashews and bacon, this salad seems to keep quite well for a day or so.
