SOUR CREAM CHERRY BARS 
CRUST:

2 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 c. dried cherries or raisins
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream

Mix crust ingredients together until well blended. Put 2/3 into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix together filling. Pour over crust, then sprinkle remaining crust over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
