MY SPECIAL MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. Quaker oats or bread crumbs
1 egg
1 c. tomato juice or V-8 if you like it spicy
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients except ground beef. Mix these and then add to ground beef. Press into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour with the following topping.

TOPPING:

Add:

3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish

Combine and add on top of unbaked meatloaf. Bake 1 hour and enjoy!
