BUDGET MEAT LOAF 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cut up bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pack in 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Blend: 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. dry mustard

Spread over meat loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
