CRUNCHY FRUIT SALAD 
2 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. oranges, peeled & sectioned
1 c. strawberries, cut in halves

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. chopped walnuts

Slice bananas into 1 quart bowl. Completely cover with orange sections and strawberry halves. Chill 1 hour, no longer than 24 hours.

Just before serving, mix all ingredients for dressing and toss with fruit until well coated.
