PEACH PIE 
Mix together:

1 egg or 2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 to 1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1 prepared pie shell (buy frozen, mix or make your own)
1 or 2 cans peach halves (or fresh peaches)
Optional whipped cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour mixture over halves of canned or fresh peaches that have been placed cut side up in the pie shell. Bake for fifteen minutes at 400 degrees. Then reduce the heat to 300 degrees and bake it about fifty minutes longer. Serve hot or, if cold, garnish with whipped cream.
