MEXICAN SALAD BOWL 
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Use:

3/4 lb. jicama, pared
2 med. oranges
1 lg. red apple
1 med. banana (2 tbsp. lime juice)
1 (8 oz.) can sliced beets, drained
Green leafed lettuce leaves, washed and crisped
2 tbsp. unsalted peanuts
