1 c. Bisquick
4 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 oz. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Any kind of meat or cold cuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and bake in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan for about 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Mixture will look very loose and messy, but once put in oven the outcome is delicious.
