DANISH CHEESE CAKE 
2 Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated

Spray pan (8"x12" best or 9"x13") with Pam, lay 1 roll of crescent rolls on bottom (stretch to fit if necessary). Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolk together BY HAND until smooth. Spread cheese on top of first layer, then lay second crescent rolls on top, brush top with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
