CAPE COD SUNSET SALAD 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. orange juice
1 can cranberry sauce
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 c. nuts (or more)
1 tsp. orange rind

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mash cranberry sauce. Heat orange juice and dissolve softened gelatin in it. Add cranberry sauce. Chill until it begins to thicken, then fold in bananas and nuts. Pour into oiled molds and chill until firm. Serves 6. Good salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
