CARROT - BEAN - MUSHROOM MEDLEY 
2 onions
1/4 c. butter
2 c. carrots
1 pkg. French green beans
1 pkg. waxed beans
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. savory (important ingredient)

Saute onions in 1/4 cup butter and saute mushrooms with them. Cook all vegetables. Make butter sauce with 1/4 cup melted butter and seasoning. Let vegetables sit in sauce for at least 1/2 a day. Reheat and serve.
