CRANBERRY PECAN PIE | |
3 c. fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. butter, melted 4 eggs, well beaten 1 c. pecans 1 (9") unbaked pie shell, with HIGH fluted edge Whipped cream (optional) In a bowl mix cranberries, sugar, water, butter, and eggs. Stir until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until firm to the touch in the center. Serve warm or cold. Can be served with whipped cream. |
