CAULIFLOWER SALAD BOWL 
1 head cauliflower
4 med. tomatoes, cut in bite sized pieces
1 med. head lettuce, torn in bite sized pieces
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. French dressing

Separate cauliflower into flowerettes. Slice thin crosswise. Add tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Pour dressing over top and toss lightly. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
