MRS. FIELDS CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 lb. butter
2 c. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
5 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. chocolate chips

Beat vanilla and eggs 3 minutes. Stir together butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Put together with egg mixture. Add flour, soda and salt. Mixture will be sticky and dry. Stir in chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by spoon on waxed paper; form into balls on a cookie sheet. Always use new waxed paper.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes and cool 3 to 5 minutes before removing from pan.
