BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lbs. thin cut round steak, cut in 1 1/2" strips
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Can of button mushrooms

Saute 1/2 cup onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Add meat and brown. Simmer, covered for 40 minutes.

Mix Accent, salt and pepper with cream of chicken soup. Add to meat; continue simmering for 40 minutes or longer until meat is tender. Mix 3 tablespoons flour with a little water and 1 cup sour cream. Add to meat and simmer 15 minutes. Add can of button mushrooms. Serve over noodles.
