MINIATURE CHEESECAKE TART 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
16 oz. can cherry pie filling

Beat until light and smooth. Line muffin tins with cupcake papers and place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Fill 3/4 full and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top with cherry pie filling.
