CRANBERRY NUT PIE 
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
Pie crust for single crust

Spread berries over pie crust in pie tin. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar and nuts over berries. Add rest of sugar to beaten eggs. Add flour and soft butter to mixture and beat well. Spread over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream - not necessary, but very good.
