PECAN CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 oz. pecans, ground

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in a pan and remove from heat. Dip chicken in butter-mustard mixture. Then press each breast into ground pecans. Cook for about 20 minutes. Serves: 4.
