CHICKEN CHOP SUEY 
1 bunch celery, cut up
4 to 5 onions, cut up
2 chicken breasts (parboiled)
1 can chicken broth
2 cans (12 oz.) bean sprouts
Soy sauce

1. Cook chicken breasts until tender.

2. Cook onions in small amount of oil until limp.

3. Add celery and pieces of cooked chicken to onions.

4. Add chicken broth. Simmer until celery is tender. Thicken to desired consistency using cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
